Lead Times

We carry vast stocks of most items and would normally expect to ship within one working day of order.

In the unlikely event an item is out of stock you will be contacted with an estimated despatch date with an option to cancel and receive a full refund.

NB. Cuff links and Tie slides are made to order with a lead time of approx 3 weeks

We offer FREE UK shipping on items via Royal Mail Tracked 48

Express options are available at extra cost which are indicated at checkout.

Orders can also be collected from our Darlington factory, free of charge.

International Deliveries 

Please contact us for a competitive quote

All orders sent overseas will be VAT zero rated. Please note EU countries will be required to pay VAT at the local rates direct to the courier prior to delivery (VAT registered companies may be exempted). All international orders may also attract customs duties/charges.
